📋 Description
• Responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of interior components and systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design and development of interior systems. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and release processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in reviewing, validating, and releasing designs for automotive components (Seats). • Experience on complete seat, trim covers, foams, headrest and armrest. • Experience with materials such as: foam, cloth, leather, vinyl, PP, ABS, metallic structures or electronic components. • CATIA V5/3DX or NX (for 3D/2D model review). • PLM (Teamcenter) (documentation and release management). • Knowledge: Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. • Manufacturing processes (injection molding, thermoforming, plastic welding, etc.). • PBOM, eBOM, DVP&R, and technical sheets management. • Language: Intermediate-advanced English (technical comprehension and international team communication).
