📋 Description

• Executive support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials. • KPI tracking and business operations reporting. • Budget, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting. • Invoice tracking and financial administration. • Overtime (OT) management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up. • Data analysis, reporting, and leadership decision support. • Proactive identification of issues and recommendations for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience in Financial and logistical administration (budget control, invoicing, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting) • Experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting • English: C1 • Occasional trips (Santa Fe, CDMX)
