📋 Description

• Lead and execute on frontend feature development and user interface improvements from planning to delivery. • Work closely with the design team to translate mockups into responsive, accessible user interfaces. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, intuitive solutions that meet product requirements and design specifications. • Take ownership of complex tasks and provide technical expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and modern frontend technologies. • Propose and lead improvements and help establish best practices, coding standards, and development workflows for frontend development. • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge about frontend technologies and fostering growth within the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend software development. • Strong skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js), TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind, and responsive design principles. • Proven experience in building scalable applications with a focus on performance optimization and user experience. • Curiosity and interest in implementing small features in the backend. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams. • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex frontend challenges and drive projects independently. • Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
