📋 Description

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process • Welcome clients, explain products and services, and help them understand the platform and offerings • Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email • Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries • Identify and troubleshoot client issues and work with internal teams on prompt resolutions • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships • Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized support • Provide educational resources, updates, new-feature information, and best practices • Convey client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and services • Maintain accurate and current client records and interactions in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Accurate grammar and punctuation • Ability to read and respond to client emails using effective business email writing etiquette • Fluent English with a neutral accent • Strong interpersonal skills • Problem-solving ability and proactive approach • Patience and empathy when handling client inquiries and issues • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively • Proficiency in office productivity software • Good analytical and cognitive skills • Strong attention to detail • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with ability to talk over the phone • Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service preferred
