📋 Description

• Maintain working knowledge of US Mortgage closing procedures, federal and state lending laws • Interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations, and investor guidelines • Review mortgage loan closing and disclosure documents • Audit files daily from closing and compliance standpoints and note exceptions • Assess risk and review for frauds and red flags • Communicate effectively with US-based underwriters and clients • Develop and manage client relations for Altisource’s mortgage services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Must have excellent written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation • Ability to read and respond to client emails following effective business email writing etiquettes • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent • Good analytical and cognitive skills • Strong attention to detail • Working knowledge of US Mortgage closing procedures, federal and state lending laws • Ability to interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations, and investor guidelines
