📋 Description

• Serve as a single point of contact for buyers, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders regarding Title/Settlement services • Read search documents and paraphrase title and title commitment-related matters • Support the Title/Settlement Services process • Provide required status and information to transaction stakeholders • Answer questions about properties • Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in transactions • Research top-priority complaints and disputes and provide detailed investigations • Escalate appropriate matters to the Supervisor • Complete work assignments and projects on time • Meet business-unit output HRDs • Maintain strong team alliance and contribute to team and department goals • Maintain 100% quality yield

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 year of experience with international voice experience, preferably in Mortgage or Insurance industry • Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication can also be considered • All candidates must go through Versant test • Mortgage or Settlement background • Good communication skills • Ability to speak in a neutral/American accent • Worked in an international voice process serving US customers • Clear Versant test with 55 as qualification score • Fluent English speaker • Ability to produce error-free work consistently • Ability to maintain 100% quality yield • Ability to meet output HRDs set by the business unit • Ability to research and investigate complaints and disputes • Ability to discern matters requiring escalation to Supervisor • Ability to complete assignments and projects timely • Ability to work with co-workers to meet team and department goals
