📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for buyers, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders regarding Title/Settlement services • Read search documents and paraphrase title and title commitment-related matters • Support the Title/Settlement Services process • Provide status and required information to all transaction stakeholders • Answer questions about properties • Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in transactions • Research top-priority items and investigate complaints and disputes in detail • Escalate appropriate matters to a Supervisor • Complete work assignments and projects on time • Meet business-unit output HRDs • Maintain quality standards and team alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with international voice experience, preferably in the Mortgage or Insurance industry • Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication can also be considered • Must complete the Versant test • Mortgage or Settlement background • Good communication skills • Ability to speak with a neutral/American accent • Experience in an international voice process serving US customers • Must clear the Versant test with a qualification score of 55 • Fluent English speaker • Ability to produce error-free work consistently • Ability to maintain 100% quality yield • Ability to meet business-unit output HRDs • Ability to research and investigate complaints and disputes • Ability to discern matters requiring escalation to a Supervisor • Ability to complete assignments and projects on time • Ability to work with co-workers to achieve team and department goals
