📋 Description

• Manage client invoicing for Altisource’s Lenders One business • Ensure proper controls are in place for client invoicing • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and expense summaries • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis and provide commentaries on business results • Work with the accounting team on audit processes and provide required supporting documents • Support internal customers with accurate and timely information • Ensure the team meets all SLAs • Complete day-to-day transaction invoicing and reconciliations • Drive month-end close and reporting within five working days • Ensure timely compliance under various enactments • Respond promptly to disputes related to client or vendor invoices • Complete statutory and internal audits and applicable SOX cycles within management deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate • 2–4 years of post-qualification work experience in a Mortgage Industry • Expertise in MS Office and MS SQL • Proactive, deadline-conscious and assertive • Smart with good interpersonal and communication skills • High energy level, self-starter, good team player, self-motivated and driven to meet changing demands • Solid conceptual, problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness to perform detailed analysis as needed
