📋 Description

• Examine and review financial records, reports, management controls, policies and practices affecting financial condition and operating results • Help new accounts stabilize and ensure compliance with FRMC Guidelines and JLL policies • Check procedures against contract terms • Pull financial data from designated tools and provide analytical backup support • Review and validate accountants' work • Analyze MSA and SOW documents and ensure accounts follow contract terms and conditions • Understand accounting processes for different contract types and their impact on financials • Review and interpret data, formulate conclusions, and communicate effectively • Share data insights with internal stakeholders • Communicate with supervisors, Client Finance team members, and FRMC team members • Support account teams in stabilizing processes and identifying problem areas • Assess MSA and SOW standards and make sound decisions based on them

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6+ years accounting experience • Proven experience reviewing multiple client accounts • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excel proficiency • Deep understanding of accounting processes to validate others' work • Ability to collaborate with finance leads and internal team members • Ability to independently drive calls with clients and stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications • Ability to quickly learn systems and processes • JD Edwards experience is a plus
