📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Financials modules • Conduct client working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements • Assess client needs and recommend alternative solutions, process improvements, and system enhancements • Assist clients with testing Workday configuration, knowledge transfer, and documentation • Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, and configuration • Use company methodology and processes to implement solutions while adapting to changing client needs • Collaborate on team-based projects and innovate Workday deployment approaches • Prioritize and execute deliverables across multiple concurrent clients without supervision • Communicate Workday best practices, lessons learned, and Kognitiv’s point of view to clients • Complete deliverables within timelines; report status and escalate as needed • Research problems, identify root causes, and present or implement corrective measures • Contribute to the knowledge management repository through Q&A, documentation, and Workday knowledge-sharing sessions • Provide guidance and coaching to team members • Meet role KPIs, including utilization, service-level agreements, and customer satisfaction scores • Demonstrate Kognitiv’s “act like an owner” core value

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday C2C or PSA implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday • Experience configuring Workday Core Financials/Security and developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear communication with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment • Consulting skills, including presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions • Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities • Demonstrated delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus and relationship-building ability • Ability to prioritize and organize work with little supervision and manage timelines, deadlines, and goals • Initiative and curiosity to build skills within and outside Workday • Ability to engage effectively on multiple parallel projects and deliverables • Ability to work within remote teams and alongside clients, and independently • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change • Ability to meet travel requirements of less than 5% per year • Work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirements
