📋 Description

• Own and run the monthly management reporting pack using Xero, HubSpot, and Stripe data • Run the weekly leadership scorecard with agreed definitions, targets, and reconciled figures • Track performance against budget and explain material variances with recommended actions • Analyse enrolments and revenue across Contour Education, TestPrep, and MedPrep • Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions • Automate recurring reporting using Google Sheets, AI tools, and the BI layer • Partner with the Accountant and data team to maintain clean, consistent inputs • Establish the weekly and monthly reporting rhythm for group finance • Report to the Financial Controller

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years in an FP&A, finance analyst, MIS, or business analyst role • Experience building or running management reporting rather than inheriting it • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills • Ability to build a model, variance analysis, and clean reporting layout from a blank sheet • Comfort extracting data from an accounting platform, CRM, and payments platform and joining it into one reconciled picture • Working familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools for analysis and reporting • Sharp written English • Comfortable working across the India and Australia time difference • Hands-on Xero or another cloud accounting platform on the reporting side preferred • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio preferred • EdTech, education services, or B2C business experience with recurring or instalment revenue preferred
