📋 Description

• Consult with clients using in-depth Oracle Financials Applications knowledge and industry best practices • Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions • Refine, document, and present customer requirements for approval • Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests • Lead business requirements workshops • Analyze, design, configure, and develop Oracle Financial applications solutions • Lead Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing • Support go-live preparation and cutover • Provide post-production support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant • 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades • CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, CRPs, functional configuration, and testing of procurement ERP solutions • Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements • Accounting experience including chart of accounts redesign, financial reporting, MultiOrg, and multi-currency • Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments • Prior experience leading or managing projects • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements • Ability to independently handle client expectations • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience • Ability to coach/mentor the team • Professional approach with internal and external customers • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
