📋 Description

• Manage the Client and Vendor invoicing team for Altisource’s Title Business • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and expense summaries • Establish proper records, approvals, documentation and audit trails for all transactions • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis and commentaries on business results • Work with the accounting team on audit processes and provide required supporting documents • Facilitate internal audit/SOX cycles by providing information and support • Direct and participate in special projects and process re-engineering efforts • Ensure proper controls for vendor payments and client invoicing • Support internal customers with accurate and timely information • Liaise with client counterparts to ensure invoices are paid on time • Ensure the team meets all SLAs • Complete day-to-day transaction invoicing, vendor payments and reconciliations • Drive month-end close and reporting within five working days • Ensure timely compliance under various enactments • Respond timely to disputes related to client or vendor invoices • Complete statutory and internal audits and applicable SOX cycles within management deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate • 2-4 years of post-qualification work experience in a Title or Mortgage Industry • Good interpersonal and leadership skills • Proactive, deadline-conscious and assertive • Expertise in MS Office and MS SQL • Good interpersonal and communication skills • High energy level, self-starter, good team player, self-motivated and driven to meet changing demands • Solid conceptual, problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness to perform detailed analysis as needed
