📋 Description

• Establish proper records, approvals, documentation, and audit trails for all transactions • Prepare monthly closing entries and accruals • Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and commentary on business results • Prepare audit schedules and interface with auditors during the financial audit process • Facilitate internal audit/SOX cycles by providing information and support • Direct and participate in special projects and process re-engineering efforts • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts • Support internal customers by providing accurate information in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or semi qualified (CA/CMA) with 4+ years of relevant experience • Prior experience working in an accounting team with a US organization is an added advantage • Experience with monthly closing entries and accruals • Experience with variance analysis, trends, and business-result commentary • Experience preparing audit schedules and supporting financial audits • Knowledge of internal audit/SOX cycles • Experience reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts • Ability to provide accurate information to internal customers in a timely manner
