📋 Description

• Initiate foreclosure procedures on default loans and complete foreclosures according to state requirements • Obtain required Pre-Foreclosure notices and verify document validity • Research title search documents from county office records to identify property or title issues • Review borrower details to determine applicable state-regulated protections affecting foreclosure • Ensure regular compliance testing or auditing of internal mortgage processes • Lead trustee operations activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years experience in voice / semi vocie Mortgage process • Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills • Must have an eye for attention to detail
