📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications • Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States • Complete provider credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications for Certify customers • Validate and authenticate information on the credentialing and licensing platform • Interact with providers and clients by email when additional information is required • Assist with monitoring and new client implementation projects • Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for Certify customers • Assist with ad hoc projects • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience • Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google • Strong attention to detail • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure • Legally authorized to work in India • Availability to work EST hours (6 PM–3 AM IST) • Based in Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or New Delhi, India
