• Design, configure, and implement SAP ECP solutions to meet client payroll processing requirements • Manage integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) and SAP ECP, ensuring smooth data flow and system compatibility • Develop and maintain CPI integrations and SFAPI connections for seamless payroll processing and employee data management • Work on replication processes from SF EC to SAP ECC, ensuring accurate data mapping and synchronization • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in SuccessFactors, CPI, and SAP ECP environments • Provide technical and functional expertise on SAP ECP and HCM Payroll modules, addressing payroll compliance and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Finance to streamline payroll and HCM operations • Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams • Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements and configurations • Support system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization to enhance SAP ECP capabilities
• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP ECP, SuccessFactors, and HCM Payroll • Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields • Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SFAPI for seamless integration • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP ECC replication • Experience with SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP ECP • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel onsite as per client project requirements
