📋 Description

• Should be able to manage projects and deliverables • Will part of end-2-end project life cycle including planning, tracking, track effort, track tasks/milestones • Manage resource capacity and capabilities, internal and external communication/coordination including client stakeholders aligned with the delivery operating model • Actively manage end-2-end project life cycle including tracking project metrics, effective and active with process documentation, solutioning, implementation, reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with team and client stakeholders • Actively work with all project team including developers, consultants, cross functional, capacity planning and tracking including tasks tracking, enable resource for required accesses • Responsible for resource capacity and capabilities, be part of IA practice and contribute, able to coordinate with team across including remote • Manage implementation, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases) • Actively identify risks and come up with mitigation plan to avoid risk in delivery • Manage weekly status updates including deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests with client and program manager • Capable to understand customers internal documentation standards and expectations • Have good understanding and explore to Agile, ready to act as Scrum Master • Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ yrs industry experience, must have experience with industry business processes • 2+ UiPath Implementation and project management experience • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, creates and executes high-quality written communications for an internal audience • Must have project management experience and ability to coordinate across different tasks, build phase approach, and communicate issues and risks timely • Ensure positive employee experience and able to gather feedback • Understanding and explore with change management processes for dynamic professional services projects • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships • Knowledge of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and web services for integrating RPA solutions with other systems and applications. • Must be UiPath certified • Any Project management certifications would be a big plus
