• Analyze KPIs, commercial metrics, and business performance • Partner with Go-to-Market Operations, Finance, Product and Technology to develop dashboards • Build models and evaluations for performance guidance • Contribute to annual planning and strategic initiatives • Evaluate pricing and market dynamics • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) • 4+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics—experience in software or data-driven businesses is a strong plus • Understand business metrics and P&L to drive performance • Highly curious, structured thinker who digs into data • Master problem solver with a reputation for execution in fast-moving environments • Communication skills to build trust and influence stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (especially Power BI) preferred
