📋 Description

• Lead Inbound Fiscal Solution initiatives and project execution • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Tax, Accounts Payable, SAP, and external vendors • Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Ensure alignment between local business requirements and global SAP standards • Support Tax Reform initiatives and implementation activities • Drive discussions and decision-making with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Inbound Fiscal Solution projects such as Qive, Thomson Reuters, or SAP, especially in SAP environments already integrated with AP payment solutions • Strong understanding of the inbound fiscal process, including supplier invoice receipt, tax bookkeeping, and payment flows • Experience with Brazilian Tax Reform initiatives, including key challenges, impacts, and expected deliverables • Experience working within global, multi-country SAP landscapes, ensuring local changes comply with global governance, approvals, and testing processes • Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and leadership teams • Experienced SAP Project Manager with fiscal/tax project exposure • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and inbound fiscal processes • Comfortable operating in global environments with executive stakeholders • Skilled at bridging business and technology teams
