📋 Description

• Plan, structure, and oversee e-commerce projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of digital commerce platforms • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle • Lead cross-functional teams across development, UX/design, product, marketing, and other areas • Track timelines, dependencies, priorities, and team capacity, ensuring appropriate resource allocation • Identify risks, blockers, and potential impacts, defining and monitoring mitigation plans • Manage project budgets, costs, resources, and profitability • Lead status meetings and present updates on progress, milestones, risks, and areas requiring attention • Ensure delivery quality and alignment with client requirements and expectations • Track metrics and KPIs, using data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement • Keep project documentation up to date • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in management and delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in project management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital experiences • Proficiency in project management methodologies, both traditional and agile • Experience with digital technologies, UX, CMS, digital marketing, mobile, and web • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels • Experience managing budgets, scope, and resources • Ability to work in dynamic environments involving scope changes and multiple concurrent projects • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Analytical, data-driven mindset focused on results and continuous improvement • Advanced English proficiency for verbal and written communication • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar platforms (preferred) • Certification in agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline (preferred) • Previous experience in digital agencies or consultancies (preferred)
