📋 Description

• Manage and execute end-to-end Search Marketing campaigns, including SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), across multiple digital properties • Develop and support global content strategies aligned with SEO initiatives to improve engagement and conversions • Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and project managers to implement search and content optimization strategies • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and develop search marketing strategies that support business goals • Create and optimize high-quality content based on user intent and search demand • Perform technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and website health assessments • Analyze search performance and create reports and dashboards with actionable insights • Stay current with SEO trends, AI-powered search developments, and industry best practices • Contribute to the development of search marketing standards, processes, and guidelines • Improve team efficiency through automation and effective use of digital marketing tools • Integrate search marketing initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with strong knowledge of AI-powered search optimization and AEO • Strong expertise in content strategy, search-driven content architecture, user intent analysis, and buyer journey mapping • Experience defining keyword strategies, content themes, and conversion-focused content frameworks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Adobe Analytics • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience using automation tools and processes to improve marketing efficiency • Familiarity with integrating SEO strategies into broader digital marketing campaigns and channels
