📋 Description

• Advise financial services organizations on transformation initiatives at the intersection of IT security, regulatory requirements, organization, and technology • Take responsibility for workstreams, from structuring the initial question and defining target operating models for security organizations and IT architecture through to implementation • Define risk-based target security requirements • Translate regulatory requirements, together with IT, information security, and architecture teams, into actionable requirements and measures • Design and manage resilience testing • Assess resilience test results and derive concrete improvement measures • Develop robust analyses, recommendations, and roadmaps • Facilitate decisions among business, regulatory, and technical stakeholders • Contribute to building the team and expanding the advisory offering for Financial Services and IT Security

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, STEM, Business Administration, or a comparable technically oriented field • Alternatively, an equivalent qualification combined with several years of proven professional experience in information security or IT • Relevant experience in consulting or in a regulated transformation environment • Ideally, two to four years of experience for Consultant level and four to six years for Senior Consultant level • Understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on IT governance, information security, organization, and technology • Solid understanding of IT architecture and information security, for example in Cloud Security, IAM, Security Operations, IT Risk Management, or Business Continuity • Ideally, experience with the Three Lines of Defense model, target security requirements, resilience testing, or target operating models for security organizations and IT architecture • Ability to manage workstreams independently, mediate between different interests, and translate complex topics into clear decisions and actions • Fluent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English • Willingness to work on-site at client locations when required
