• Manage the planning and execution of newbuild, refit, and maintenance projects • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestone plans, and action trackers • Coordinate cross-functional activities across design, technical management, operations, procurement, and shipyard teams • Monitor project progress and identify risks and opportunities related to scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables • Support the definition and implementation of risk mitigation measures • Drive resolution of project issues and ensure follow-through on corrective actions • Support project close-out activities, including lessons learned • Support the development and management of project budgets • Track committed and actual expenditures, highlighting variances and supporting forecasting • Maintain cost-control tools and contribute to regular financial reporting • Coordinate project meetings and workshops, ensuring clear agendas and outcomes • Prepare structured project updates and reporting materials • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners • Maintain structured project documentation including drawings, specifications, and change records • Ensure document control, revision tracking, and version consistency • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of project management processes and templates
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in project management within marine, construction, or engineering environments • Experience delivering newbuild, refit, or maintenance projects • Background in cruise, shipbuilding, or interior fit-out preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) • Familiarity with document management platforms (SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent) • Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, German, or French) are an advantage
• Provide on-site support at shipyards and project locations as required • Support broader newbuild and maintenance initiatives as needed • Perform other related duties as required
