📋 Description

• Maintain alignment with Engineering leadership on decentralized technical decisions • Support the squad in making technical decisions and creating standards • Communicate and develop ideas, as well as raise issues with technical and non-technical audiences • Actively contribute to the Frontend Chapter by sharing technical knowledge and proposing improvements • Support the career development of other developers • Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt and bugs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Next.js and React • Knowledge of SEO best practices and Web Vitals • Solid understanding of clean software design principles • Experience with cloud computing platforms and major providers • Experience with Web Components • Experience with monitoring, metrics, and observability tools • Experience with agile frameworks • Experience with DevOps culture, automation (CI/CD), and leading tools • Knowledge of software quality practices, including stress testing, load testing, TDD, and BDD
