🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, clinical implementation, or client success in a provider-facing role • Demonstrated track record of supporting physicians and operational leaders through workflow coaching • Extensive experience managing go-lives and supporting high-impact rollouts • Familiarity with clinical terminology and ability to communicate with healthcare professionals • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving mindset and ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure success
