📋 Description
• Lead the strategy and execution of successfully integrating Ambience into healthcare organizations' EMR systems • Operate as the primary technical point of contact for client implementations • Manage five or more concurrent technical deployments of our solution to clients, including integrations and workflow project planning, execution, and technical support • Continuously assess and improve integration methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness • Create a white-glove experience for our clients that is specifically informed by their needs and our ability to create lasting value for providers, patients, and administrators
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in an integrations, technical project management or solutions engineering role at a B2B software company in Healthcare • 2+ years of experience working for Epic in an integrations-centered role, OR integrating external solutions into Epic via Smart on FHIR integrations • Exceptional oral and written communicator with a track record managing successful client-facing integration projects • Experience managing ambiguous and complex environments in healthcare and solving difficult problems using first-principles thinking • Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders
