📋 Description

• Develop and implement enterprise-standard cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing Infrastructure as Code stacks, including legacy migrations. • Monitor cloud environments and respond to operational issues and security findings. • Support production cloud workloads using native and third-party tooling. • Assist users with access-related requests while ensuring adherence to security best practices (MFA, key management, policies). • Ensure overall cloud environment health (patching, antivirus, backups, performance thresholds). • Provide Day2 operational support and troubleshooting. • Maintain configuration management integrity and governance standards. • Manage migrations to new tool or framework releases (e.g., Terraform, Bitbucket). • Create and maintain runbooks and operational documentation. • Adhere to ITIL processes (change, incident, problem, configuration management). • Work closely with Product Owners and development teams following Agile and Scrum methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native tooling. • Proven experience supporting production cloud workloads. • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools (Terraform preferred). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins). • Good understanding of code repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket). • Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible). • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, or similar). • Good understanding of networking and security concepts (routing, firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, VPC, Security Groups). • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Strong command of English (written and spoken). • Ability to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
