📋 Description

• Support the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Analyze financial performance against targets, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights • Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business initiatives and support planning decisions • Partner with business units and department leads to understand performance drivers and help align financial plans with operational goals • Provide financial insights to support decision-making across the organization, acting as a reliable point of contact for finance-related topics • Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to improve financial transparency, information flow, and planning processes

🎯 Requirements

• A strong academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, consulting, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and common growth metrics • Advanced spreadsheet skills (especially Google Sheets), including complex formulas, and confidence working with data; experience with BI tools, SQL, or planning/reporting systems is a plus • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that support decision-making • Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance stakeholders • A well-organized and reliable self-starter, able to proactively take ownership of tasks and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. • A collaborative approach and a pragmatic, hands-on attitude • Curiosity about the product, customers, and market, and a motivation to continuously learn and grow
