β’ Develop and deliver on a territory strategic sales plan that creates account opportunities through cold calling/ lead follow up, sales process management, account capture and increasing year-over-year business. β’ Own a portfolio of provider accounts with full accountability for retention, renewal, and revenue expansion β’ Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned to client goals and AMC Health capabilities β’ Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new program adoption opportunities β’ Successfully manage Sales Directors-RHT to achieve their territory goals and objectives. β’ Serve as the primary executive-level relationship owner across assigned accounts β’ Build trusted partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders β’ Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions β’ Work with state health agencies β’ Lead and coordinate the requirement elements of a successful program with other providers, potential partners and the state HHS agencies. β’ Lead growth strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in partnership with sales leadership and customer satisfaction teams. β’ Proactively manage contract timelines, risk mitigation, and expansion pipelines β’ Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM (HubSpot) β’ Translate clinical and operational outcomes into compelling, data-driven value narratives that support the RHT initiative. β’ Partner with Clinical and Analytics teams to demonstrate ROI, patient outcomes, and program impact. β’ Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences β’ Act as a senior escalation point to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues β’ Provide customer specific voice-of-customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy β’ Manage additional Sales Directors RHT via employee reviews, education and training, regular review sessions and professional growth opportunities. β’ Stay current on Rural Health Transformation, RPM, digital health, value-based care, and virtual care trends β’ Leverage market insights to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen client positioning β’ Attend company approved industry meetings, regional events and conventions.
β’ Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of experience in Field Sales and whole territory management β’ Strategic Account development and execution β’ High volume sales model and sales cycle β’ Client Success / Account Management β’ Provider Growth / Healthcare Partnerships β’ People Management experience. Min of 3 years. β’ Proven success managing and growing provider relationships β’ Strong experience with Complex sales of medical equipment and services (including rural communities is preferred) β’ Growth strategy development, expansions, and contract negotiations β’ Navigating complex healthcare organizations β’ Familiarity with CMS billing and CPT codes for chronic care/RPM β’ Digital Media networking β’ Deep understanding of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), digital health, or virtual care β’ Value-based care models and healthcare economics β’ Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment β’ Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills β’ Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
