📋 Description
• Act as a technical expert for packaging applications at customers manufacturing in Healthcare (Medical) markets across EMEA • Support customers with standard product selection, application optimization, and effective standard product commercialization • Work closely with Sales and Field Technical Service to solve complex application issues • Lead and support standard product qualifications, sample testing, and scale-ups at customer sites • Conduct packaging line and performance evaluations to demonstrate quantifiable customer value • Capture customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps, innovation opportunities, and competitive trends • Share knowledge internally and contribute to building strong application capabilities across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging • Healthcare market knowledge and exposure (desired) • Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes • Proven ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions • Solid project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a cross-functional, international environment • Willingness to travel more than 50%
