• Delivering the sales and profit commitments of a sales team • Coaching sales team members along the sales funnel • Developing more senior level relationships with your team’s customers and prospects to drive growth • Acting as an escalation point when necessary • Key liaison with marketing, innovation, customer service and any other relevant sales support functions • Responsible for the sales decision-making process comparing to Amcor’s Value Plus commercial excellence principles • Key contributor to the development of the sales team, budget preparation, and continuous challenging of commercial performance • Setting up clearly defined account plan aligned to business’ capabilities • Leading annual operating plans and strategic objectives relative to the accounts • Appraising existing sales performance and directing sales programs
• Bachelor's degree • Experience in working in an MNC environment, ideally packaging or FMCG manufacturing industry • Substantial experience in senior sales roles • Proven results track record of delivering financial targets and growing business through excellence in sales management as well as continuous improvement and efficient cost management • Demonstrated ability in identifying and developing talent • Experienced effective communicator in front of senior audience level • Wide negotiations experience with focus on driving growth • Known for developing solid customer partnerships • Solid technical aptitude • Possess a detailed knowledge of Amcor, the products, the industry and competitive market • Value of a sales process and ability to implement and demonstrate as such
