📋 Description
• Support Technical Support Managers with day-to-day workload, technical queries, and project activities • Provide key support to the Technical Office to develop strong foundational product and system knowledge • Work independently and collaboratively across teams to support business objectives • Assist in the Training Academy • Develop understanding of architectural and structural engineer drawings • Develop knowledge around BS8102:2022 and gain CSSW qualification • Develop knowledge around BS8485:2019+A1:2019 and attend PCA course for ground gas protection • Develop knowledge around BR211:2023 and attend the Radon Council Course • Develop a full understanding of DPC guidance and attend any relevant courses • Develop a full understanding of NHBC guidance in relation to our areas of expertise • Develop a full understanding of building regulations in relation to our areas of expertise
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or a related industry is desirable • A strong interest in developing a technical and commercial career • Willingness to undertake professional qualifications and external training • Basic understanding of construction drawings or a willingness to learn • Commercial awareness or interest in developing business understanding • Full UK driving licence
