📋 Description

• Analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation. • Designing, developing, and implementing process improvements. • Gathering requirements from stakeholders. • Developing and maintaining process documentation. • Providing training, support, and guidance to end-users. • Monitoring and evaluating process performance. • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least five (5) years of relevant experience. • Certifications: ADKAR or equivalent
