📋 Description

• Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a curated virtual panel (~1,000 members) — from preventive health and chronic conditions to complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness. • Focus on modern longevity approaches based in lifestyle medicine with bandwidth to contemplate and advise patients on emerging pharmacological (e.g., GLP-1s, Category 1 Peptides) and non-pharmacological (e.g., red-light therapy, hot/cold plunges, hyperbaric) therapies. • Lead and contribute to the continued development of digital workflows, messaging norms, scheduling design, white-glove service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings. • Serve as a clinical voice in shaping practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement—in a nimble, highly-motivated startup where your ideas directly impact care delivery. • Enjoy protected time for same-day urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new appointments, 25-min follow-ups), and flexible administrative blocks—with zero legacy headaches or RVU churn.

🎯 Requirements

• US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • 3+ years in outpatient practice experience • Active medical license (or eligibility) • A service-oriented approach to patient care (i.e., a willingness, patience and joy in engaging patients, at their level, on their questions and interests) • A willingness to engage and stay up-to-date on topics like longevity, advanced testing, wearable data and monitoring, mental health, women's/men's health, and more
