📋 Description

• Analyze customer data, develop machine learning models, and evaluate them against business and technical criteria • Build and operate data pipelines, from connecting source systems through transformation to data delivery • Turn models into production-ready services, including training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining • Take ownership of backend development, including APIs, services, and integrations for data processing • Develop tested, documented, and maintainable code • Translate customers’ business questions into concrete use cases and assess feasibility based on available data • Contribute to the reference architecture as part of the team and introduce innovative ideas • Work on solutions for digital battery technology, GenAI, data management, traceability, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics • At least three years of professional experience in customer projects • Very strong Python skills and experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow • Knowledge of additional programming languages such as TypeScript or Java is an advantage • Experience with LLMs, GenAI, and RAG architectures or fine-tuning • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases • Knowledge of OpenSearch is an advantage • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD • Experience with MLflow, KServe, and Kubernetes is an advantage • Genuine interest in customers’ business challenges • Structured, reliable, and self-directed approach to work • Pragmatic, hands-on mindset • Business-fluent German • Very good command of English
