📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Construction Admin for multiple concurrent construction projects • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to engineering standards • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve field challenges • Provide mechanical and electrical field expertise, including commissioning support • Make sound engineering decisions in real-time based on site conditions and project requirements • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all site activities • Participate in client consultations and represent the engineering team professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent credential preferred • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in the building industry • Proven experience in construction administration, site inspections, and client-facing roles • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in field environments • Experience with commissioning processes is a plus • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
