📋 Description
• Provide daily administrative and technical on-site management of construction projects • Partner with the Engineering and Construction Team in project design and development • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for cost and schedule • Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control • Provide ongoing project status updates • Lead project implementation of site safety and health plans • Manage project teams and resources including expenditures • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards
🎯 Requirements
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • Minimum of five (5) years' experience with electrical, mechanical, engineering, or industrial power construction project management • Experience with medium and high voltage electrical work • Experience with wind turbine projects • Experience with BESS projects • Demonstrated experience leading and managing construction teams and resources on highly complex federal construction projects • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project, P6, AutoCAD • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) desired
