📋 Description

• Evaluate potential energy savings and demand reduction opportunities. • Analyze interval utility and sub-meter data to characterize load profiles. • Execute MBCx workflows including baseline establishment and performance monitoring. • Support development and implementation of campus metering systems. • Configure, deploy, and manage FDD rule sets within EMIS/analytics platforms. • Measure and verify performance of energy management programs over time. • Lead project teams to implement MBCx/FDD, EMIS, and other projects. • Deliver clear technical reports and presentations translating complex analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or related STEM field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy engineering, building performance analysis, or related discipline. • Energy and data analysis experience. • Travel required. • CEM, CMVP, or CCP certification preferred. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting, retro-commissioning, or monitoring based commissioning of HVAC systems. • Working knowledge of advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R). • Familiar with measurement and verification methods and protocols. • Working knowledge of BAS/BMS platforms.
