📋 Description

• Prioritizes and manages program deliverables by implementing guideline development processes • Coordinates project deliverables among multiple committees • Works with committee chairs and physician members to develop, review, and update evidence-based guidelines • Edits documents for completeness and adherence to methods • Follows ACR methodologies to perform systematic literature searches and summarize research articles • Educates committee members on methodology and explores AI information for consistent data extraction • Implements methods and tools to ensure high-quality results • Documents and reports unintended variation for potential process improvements • Reviews content for alignment with program scope and methodological requirements • Collaborates with physician members to develop consensus surveys and refine clinical diagrams and tables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health science, public health, or a related field • 3-6 years of experience in developing clinical practice guidelines, conducting literature searches and evidence assessment, writing and editing technical manuscripts • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs, versions, and deadlines • Experience in evidence-based medicine or healthcare research • Collaborative working style with proactive communication and strong critical-thinking skills • Familiarity with established guideline tools and standards (e.g., NAM Trustworthy Guidelines, PRISMA, AGREE, GRADE) • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
