📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations with trading partners, marketplaces, and logistics providers. • Manage data mapping, transformation, and validation between diverse systems and formats. • Configure integration workflows for order processing, inventory updates, and shipment confirmations. • Coordinate connectivity with third-party logistics providers for WMS and TMS integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integrations with operational requirements and business goals. • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to maintain system uptime and data accuracy. • Identify and implement process optimizations across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in EDI and API integration design, development, and support. • Proficiency with XML, JSON, flat files, and ANSI X12 EDI. • Hands-on experience configuring order processing workflows and EDI document types 850, 856, 810, 940, and 945. • Experience integrating ERP, OMS, and WMS systems with third-party platforms. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Ability to work remotely within ±2 hours of Eastern Standard Time (EST). • Experience with Luminous, STEDI, SURPASS, or NetSuite is nice to have. • Prior experience in a hybrid or fully remote work environment is nice to have.
