β’ Support health plan members by providing guidance, education, and resolution regarding benefits, claims, and related inquiries β’ Handle inbound member and provider inquiries β’ Handle Outbound member service calls β’ Drive First Call Resolution β’ Manage inquiries across phone, email, chat, fax, and web β’ Accurately document all interactions β’ Conduct outbound service calls as needed β’ Deliver professional, empathetic customer service
β’ Pennsylvania resident only β’ Must live within a 3-hour driving distance of the Harrisburg Metro Area (Required for initial equipment installation) β’ Out-of-state applications will not be considered β’ Bilingual (Spanish) β’ High school diploma or GED required β’ Associate or college degree preferred β’ Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience β’ Strong typing and written communication skills β’ Ability to make independent decisions β’ Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Excel experience a plus β’ Ability to learn complex health plan information β’ Commitment to reliability and long-term employment
