📋 Description

• Manage all domestic and international travel bookings • Provide guidance, solutions, and recommendations to our VIP clients • Work in a multichannel environment and be responsible for key performance indicators • Use effective telephone and email communication techniques • Respond to clients' specific requests and maintain excellent client relationships • Proactively offer ancillary services to travelers • Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Canadian French and English required • Strong knowledge of booking practices and policies for flights, hotels, car rentals, and trains, both domestic and international • High-level executive customer service experience • More than 5 years of experience as a corporate/business travel consultant • Proficiency in Sabre (an asset) • Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passion for customer service excellence and attention to detail • Ability to act with integrity when handling travelers' personal and confidential information • Proficient with basic computer tools and able to use multiple applications simultaneously.
