📋 Description
• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (individuals and groups). • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs. • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations. • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) like Galileo, Apollo, and Travelport. • Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements. • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests. • Collaborate to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs. • Native GDS expertise (Apollo and Galileo). • Bilingual French/English required. • Professional communication (written and verbal). • Attention to detail. • Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information. • Strong understanding of the travel industry. • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently. • Teamwork and openness to feedback.
