📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use Global Distribution Systems including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus • Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels • Provide outstanding service to corporate business clients as part of a remote Traveler Care team

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Native GDS expertise, including Sabre and Amadeus • Experience handling business travel • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Integrity and care with personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation backgrounds • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for a 24/7 operation, with working hours ideally starting between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time, Monday to Friday
