• Arrange and change domestic and international business travel • Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email • Act as a trusted consultant to provide and sell additional services • Work individually and as a team to meet business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Corporate Travel Counselor • Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel reservations • Passion for excellence in corporate client service • Native Sabre proficiency preferred but not required • Basic computer navigation skills • Professional communication (written and verbal) • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and independently • Attitude of teamwork and openness to feedback
