📋 Description

• As Sr Associate IS Bus Sys Analyst, operate and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) between external wholesalers and Amgen’s Model N SaaS platform. • Liaise with stakeholders in US Commercial, Finance, Accounting, Trade Operations, and Technology organizations. • Support data mappings and data integration for chargebacks and rebates and process workflows with Amgen external wholesalers. • Ensure EDI solutions meet business needs and gather/document business and functional requirements for EDI-related processes. • Develop business & functional requirement documents for EDI processes (e.g., chargebacks, rebates, 340B). • Ensure accurate and complete EDI data integration into Revenue Management systems. • Support timely identification and resolution of EDI data issues, maintaining compliance with data standards and governance. • Develop test artifacts and coordinate testing cycles (SIT/UAT).

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of technical experience OR Associate’s degree & 6 years of technical experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of technical experience • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data, integration, or revenue management domains. • Hands-on experience working with EDI transactions (e.g., 852, 850, 810, 835). • Understanding of data flows, data mapping, and system integrations (e.g., EDI -Model N - SAP). • Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT) including test case creation and defect management. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis. • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry processes (e.g., chargebacks, rebates, 340B) preferred. • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and service request management. • Ability to create and maintain documentation (requirements, process flows, SOPs). • Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and external partners. • In-depth understanding of Agile practice and use of Jira as the tool. • Excellent learning agility, problem solving and analytical thinking approach.
