• Serve as the project's clinical and immunization expert, guiding program strategy and developing standardized approaches for immunization reporting. • Lead subject matter expert for immunization program operations, coverage measurement, and public health reporting. • Evaluate utilization of immunization data and reporting systems across IHS. • Lead current-state assessments by designing interviews and surveys, engaging stakeholders, and identifying reporting gaps. • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and validation sessions with stakeholders to build consensus around best practices. • Develop recommendations that improve immunization data interpretation, reduce missed opportunities, and strengthen initiatives.
• Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in immunization programs, public health reporting, healthcare quality measurement, performance improvement, or related healthcare initiatives. • Strong knowledge of immunization program operations and public health quality improvement. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
