📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including build, caching, and blue/green, canary, and rollback strategies • Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules, including state and workspace management and plan reviews through Atlantis • Operate and enhance AWS and GCP environments, focusing on availability, security, and cost • Deploy and support Kubernetes workloads with Helm and ArgoCD, troubleshooting workloads, resources, and networking • Implement and enhance observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/Tempo, and CloudWatch • Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for critical services • Participate in the on-call rotation, respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and write postmortems • Automate operational tasks with Python, Go, or Bash and enhance the internal CLI • Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines and address findings with development teams • Contribute to FinOps initiatives, including cost analysis, tagging, right-sizing, and savings opportunities • Maintain the edge and network security layer with Cloudflare, WAF, DNS, and ZTNA in a context subject to Brazil's LGPD data protection law • Mentor team members, participate in design and architecture reviews, define standards, and document decisions, runbooks, and architectures • Use AI tools for automation, troubleshooting, IaC reviews, and documentation, handling sensitive data with care • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure secure, automated, observable, and scalable deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience operating production environments on AWS, with autonomy in ECS/EKS, Lambda, IAM, and networking (VPCs, subnets, security groups, and load balancers) • Strong command of Terraform, including module creation, state management, workspaces, and provider versioning • Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex GitHub Actions pipelines • Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes, including troubleshooting • Knowledge of observability: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and actionable alerts • Production Linux administration and troubleshooting • Automation scripting with Python, Go, or Bash • Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies • Infrastructure security fundamentals: secrets management, least privilege, hardening, and network segmentation • Active and critical use of AI assistants in technical work • Ability to work autonomously on moderately complex projects, document decisions, and communicate technical choices • Preferred certifications and experience include AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, Terraform Associate, CKA/CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, GitOps, Helm, GCP, SRE, FinOps, DevSecOps, Cloudflare, LGPD, AI automation, n8n, and mentoring
