📋 Description

• Own the deployment plan end to end for each new country, from contract signature through go-live • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery timelines, risks, and status • Own handover points between contract signature, deployment, and steady-state support • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for government customers during deployment • Run status updates, manage customer expectations, and resolve issues before escalation • Manage customer scope and change requests and escalate commercial issues when necessary • Report deployment status and milestones to leadership and customers on a regular cadence • Coordinate Engineering/RUN, Hardware, Forward Deployed Engineers, Customer Success, and other delivery functions • Flag risks and blockers early • Partner with regional commercial teams to hand over contracts into delivery • Build a standard, repeatable delivery playbook for country launches • Establish tracking and reporting processes • Contribute to scalable, distributed execution across Amini

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in programme/project management or delivery management, ideally owning end-to-end delivery for external customers • Direct experience managing customer-facing programmes • Ability to own a plan dependent on other functions without formal authority over those teams • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate confidently with government or enterprise client stakeholders • Strong organisational skills • Experience building tracking and reporting processes from scratch • Experience working across time zones and with distributed, cross-functional teams • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or hardware-adjacent deployments (highly desirable) • Experience supporting government or public-sector customers through onboarding/go-live (highly desirable) • Experience with sovereign cloud, data residency, or digital public infrastructure programmes (highly desirable) • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (highly desirable) • Prior work in Global South markets (highly desirable)
